NoyolaThe last few months of 2009 are going to be pretty busy for us, even though you may not notice.  We've been spending a majority of our time writing new material and hope to start recording some of that stuff next month.  We're also looking ahead to the beginning of 2010 and booking some live dates that we'll post soon.

I'm really excited to think what this band is going to achieve this coming year.  I have never felt so comfortable as a part of any music project and I can't thank the guys for all they do and praise their talents enough.  The positive energy and momentum has been such a blessing for my songwriting as I continue to hone those skills and connect with things that are really important to me.

I recently recorded a rough vocal track for one of our new songs and I'm really excited about the direction it is going.  The song is titled "pseudoshadow" and you can listen to a short clip of the rough demo here: http://chirb.it/Mhekyy

I wrote "Holding On To Hope" several months ago and have a majority of the tracks recorded.  Gray is recording several more tracks for it right now and I hope to have it done in the next few weeks.  The plan is to possibly release a video for this around January.  You can listen to the demo of "Holding On To Hope" here: http://chirb.it/2A9zAG

After a formal restructing, components of the former music project know as 'Bury The Past' are now officially 'Noyola', composed of Gray Reed, Roger Newman, Charles Evans, and Paul Noyola.

“We've continued the writing process over the past few months and will continue into the fall as we prepare for live performances.” said Noyola frontman Paul Noyola.  “This is not a solo project, by any means... the other guys decided on the band name and I was quite surprised and... honored.”

Live performance dates and new tracks are promised, although no information has been made public at this time.  Check back soon for more details.
